Delivery & Returns

UK Delivery

We aim to dispatch goods within 1 working day of an order being placed (excluding weekends and public holidays). Typically, we use Royal Mail 2nd Class service for most orders and alternative couriers for heavier orders over 2kg. Delivery will normally take 2-5 working days from the moment an order is placed. We may use a ‘signed for’ service for insurance purposes on orders over £20.00 in value.

All product prices quoted are inclusive of VAT.

Please note that we are unable to accept orders billed to or addressed to PO Boxes.

 

UK Delivery Cost

  • Minifigures and small sets (large envelope size orders) – £0.95 (Flat rate)
  • All other orders up to £50.00 in value – £2.95
  • Orders over £50.00 – FREE delivery

 

International Delivery

We currently offer a limited international delivery service to EU countries using Royal Mail Tracked and Signed delivery service. Goods are normally dispatched within 1 working day of an order being placed (excluding weekends and public holidays). This service typically takes between 3-5 days to deliver to European destinations.

(We hope to expand the international shipping service that we offer during 2018 to enable us to supply all our range to a wider selection of countries.)

 

International Delivery Cost

  • Minifigures only (large envelope size) – £7.85 (Flat Rate)
  • Service: Royal Mail Tracked and Signed

Packaging

All minifigures are individually packaged in a gripseal polybag and are supplied assembled to limit part friction and potential scratching during transit. Unless stated otherwise on the item listing, minifigure clothing and accessories made out of fabric (such as capes and pauldrons) are packed separately (in their original packaging if possible) and are not applied to the minifigures before shipping.

  • Small numbers of minifigures (1-4) are shipped in padded envelopes.
  • Sets of 5 or more minifigures are normally supplied in ‘Large Letter’  sized cardboard boxes
  • Small sets are supplied in padded envelopes or ‘Large Letter’  sized cardboard boxes. Larger sets are always supplied in cardboard boxes.

 

Item / Order not received

Please contact us using the onsite enquiry form if an order has not been received during the estimated delivery range. If tracking information is unavailable, we will contact the courier for further information.

In rare cases where an order has been potentially lost by the courier and tracking information  is unavailable, it might be possible to make a claim against the courier for compensation up to the value of the order including postage and packaging costs.

Brick Dragon will submit a compensation claim on behalf of the customer, subject to the courier’s claim process and timescales, and,  if the claim is successful, Brick Dragon will either provide the customer with a refund up to the total value of compensation provided by the courier or will re-send the lost goods to the customer.

In cases where the customer claims that the order has not been received but the order tracking information or a signature confirms delivery, the customer will need to contact the courier directly to raise dispute the delivery. Brick Dragon will provide the customer with courier contact information if required but will not be involved in the dispute process.

 

Returns/ Unwanted / Ordered in error

An unwanted product can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery as long as it’s still in its original, unopened packaging.

In accordance with your rights when you purchase goods online, unwanted items can be returned even if you have opened them for inspection as long as you let us know within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery. You can examine the goods as you would in a shop but to obtain a full refund you must not use them. The goods must be returned in ‘as new’ condition and in their original packaging. The packaging must not be ripped or damaged or we may refuse the return.

When returning minifigures, all parts of the minifigures must be returned in their original condition including any accessories or weapons supplied as part of the original order. Any fabric type clothing such as capes or pauldrons, must be returned unused and unopened in their original  packaging.

When returning LEGO® sets, all the polybags containing the LEGO® must still be sealed and all LEGO® parts, instructions and stickers must be also present and unused.

Returns and exchanges can only be processed with proof of purchase. Please provide your order numbers when you return a product.

We do not have to pay return shipping costs for unwanted returns.

 

Faulty/ Damaged Goods

If you have received a damaged or faulty item from us you can return it for a repair, replacement or refund.

If the item is faulty or damaged, we will cover the costs of the return shipping.

Please use the onsite enquiry form to send us details of the fault and we will contact you back within 1 working day to assist you further and provide the best possible solution.

 

Incorrect Item Received

An item received incorrectly can be returned for a refund or replacement. Please contact us using the onsite enquiry form to send details of the incorrect item and we will contact you back within 1 working day to assist you further and provide the best possible solution.

We will cover the cost of any return shipping cost for any incorrect items received.

 

How do I cancel my order?

If you choose to cancel an order that you have not yet received, please contact us via email:

We will try our hardest to cancel your order, however please note that we are also trying our hardest to ship your order as fast as we can. So it might be possible that your order is dispatched before we see your cancellation request.

If your order has already left our warehouse you will have to request a return on receipt of the order.

The return will be treated as an unwanted item and you will be liable to pay the return shipping costs.

 

What are my cancellation rights?

Your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place your order and doesn’t end until 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
